A principal of his own architectural practice since 1985, with qualifications in architecture, project management and building, Frank has experience in residential subdivision, house/land projects and small commercial development. He is a director of Eden Group Pty Ltd, a privately held design and construction group which works with several private development groups in southeast Queensland.

Frank has considerable experience in residential mortgage lending, and since 1986 has been on the board of the Capital Cooperative Housing Society group – a non-bank not-for-profit lender providing residential mortgage lending and related finance to a wide range of borrowers, including credit-impaired borrowers, with about $200M presently under management.

He is also a director of the Australian Regional Development Company Pty Ltd - a public company which integrates agricultural consulting, financial services and development consulting services to manage selected regionally based investment opportunities.
