Well Connected events provide Members with the opportunity to develop their skills both personally and professionally. Each year we continue to offer a range of interesting and informative topics delivered by Guest Speakers who are all experts in their field.

For those wishing to be considered as a Guest Speaker at a forthcoming Well Connected event, the following components are required to be submitted. On receipt, your submission will be given consideration by Well Connected’s Co-ordination Team. Contact will be made with you if any additional details are required.

Speaker’s Promotional Opportunities and Information

Speakers at Well Connected events enjoy the benefit of not only increasing their profile with those attending our events but also the hundred’s of people who receive our electronic invitations and information via our website. Speakers also have access to opportunities at our events including promotional material on all attendees’ seats, product sampling give-aways and exhibition space for the sale of their products and services.

Before making application please be advised that Well Connected do not make payment to their speakers or cover travelling expenses. Speakers wishing to use PowerPoint presentations or other AV related equipment may do so, and should discuss with the Well Connected Events Team what their requirements are.

I have read and agree with the speaker and Presentation Agreement
  • I shall endeavour to attend as committed or provide maximum advance warning of my need to cancel or reschedule my presentation
  • I will endeavour to prepare my presentation material by 48 hours prior to the event
  • I understand that meetings may be recorded photographically, or with audio or video, and I accept that use and ownerships of this material remains with Well Connected and may be used for promotional activities
  • I and the organisation(s) I represent, take full responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of all material that will be presented by myself. I have ensured independently that I authorised to present this material publicly and I take full responsibility for doing so
